As the eldest of a Puerto Rican immigrant father, and French Irish mother – both deaf mutes, Jose Feliciano grew up quickly. The 2 Hour House is a 2300 square foot single family home – built in the suburbs of Tyler, which was completed in 2 hours and 52 minutes by an army of 579 volunteers. The project established a new world record. The house exceeded code, and was sold almost immediately upon completion, to benefit a local charity.

With the groundbreaking 2 Hour House model as the foundation of his keynote addresses – Jose challenges his audiences to quit thinking about limitations and change their mindset from IM-possible to IS-possible. He also shares that breaking rules and breaking records is one of the essential components of success in a complex business environment.
